The Pittsburgh Packers

The night before we packed mostly long sleeves on Jill’s recommendation to dress for cold weather.

The next morning Jill was anxious to get on the road with a somewhat arbitrary desire to leave by noon. As we finished packing and got into the car around 1pm we noticed that the temperature for the next few weeks in the cities we were going to was not so different from the temperature we were leaving here in Durham. We should have gone back and repacked clothes but we didn’t since we were already running behind schedule. About three hours into the trip Jill tells me that she had repacked for herself and the kids with short sleeves before we left.

We get to the hotel and Peregrin notices a neat visual effect with the watertower.

I take a shower and I’m drying off while Peregrin starts a shower. Suddenly the fire alarm is going off and I’m still wet in a towel. Do I spend time to dry off? Do I just go out in nothing but a towel? What about Peregrin?
